Resources for Visitors

We want to help you make the most of your experience. Please contact Guest Services at guestservices@DMA.org during Museum hours to learn about accommodations.

All of the Museum’s public galleries are accessible to wheelchair and mobility device users and other visitors who cannot use stairs. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All Museum entrances and restrooms are ADA compatible. We recommend dropping off and picking up visitors with disabilities at the Main Entrance (north side of the Museum). In addition, handicapped parking spaces are located on Levels P1, P2, and P3 of the Museum’s parking garage.

If needed, companion service dogs are allowed in the Museum.
